It is a structured talent development programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where TalentLabs will provide extensive skills training and short-term job placements for young graduates in top companies.

Not only it is FREE, but you will also receive a salary of RM2000/month throughout the 4-month programme.

• Malaysia citizen, below 30 years of age
• IPTA, IPTS or Foreign University Graduates between 2019-2023
• Currently unemployed
• Min Bachelor’s degree qualification
• Strong command in English
• STEM background preferred but not required

This is a 4-month programme, where you will experience 1-month of online learning to develop your skills and 3-months of on-the-job training with our hiring partners.

Certainly! Upon meeting the course completion criteria, you will be awarded a certificate of completion at the end of the programme. Many of our alumni leverage this certificate to showcase their acquired skills to potential employers and within their LinkedIn network.

Indeed, you'll receive a monthly allowance of RM2,000, which includes statutory contributions (such as EPF, SOCSO, etc.), disbursed by our programme partner GKK Consultants. This financial support will be extended to you as long as you meet the specified criteria and accomplish the weekly milestones. It's important to note that a relocation allowance will not be offered.

Once you have completed the 4-month programme, depending on your performance, our hiring partners are happy to absorb you as their full-time employees.

OJT refers to a 12-week paid apprenticeship initiative designed to provide you with a practical platform for applying the theoretical knowledge you've gained within an authentic workplace setting. It's an opportunity to bridge classroom learning with real-world application. In certain instances, OJT can also serve as a pathway, potentially leading to a full-time job offer (placement) within the same organization. This progression is contingent on your performance meeting the employer's expectations.

We strongly advise you to kickstart your hunt for an OJT or placement position during your first week of class. This is particularly advantageous since one of the initial modules is geared towards optimizing your CV and profile. To make the most of your time, it's a good idea to invest your free moments in applying for different roles and engaging in interviews. The aim is for you to kick off your OJT by Week 5, so early preparation is key.

If OJT placement is challenging, we step in to match based on availability and needs, ensuring fairness for all.

Amazing! If you successfully secure a full-time job, you can request early program withdrawal with supporting documents, subject to approval. Alternatively, you have the option to complete the full OJT duration and discuss a later start date to fulfill your tasks and maintain a positive professional relationship with the OJT company.

The program is designed for a 16-week duration, with the provided allowance allocated within this timeframe. If a full-time job opportunity (placement) isn't secured within these 16 weeks, the allowance won't be extended. However, the Career Success team remains available for additional support, including CV reviews and career coaching, for an extra 60 days after the program concludes.
